All blanks are cut from EPS 22kg m3 foam they will need a light sand to take off any machining marks.

All our hardware comes with PET foam inserts to fit. All inserts will be cut into the blank. All you have to do is glue together and laminate

Model

Add FCS leash plug in black
Add 'Gore' breathable vent plug in black
Add handle
Add foot strap inserts?
Please advise us at the bottom if you would like the footstrap locations changed in any way. You can upload a diagram below if it helps. We will call you to confirm this customisation. Please note customisation can add a little delay as we cannot proceed until we have sorted this detail with you.
Add Deckgrip cut to fit
We fit foil boxes in black. These are super strong. If you advise us your foil brand we will locate box appropriately. Please note that the longer foil box adds weight and should not be specified if not needed.
Please advise your intended foil brand (if known) as it can help optimise track location.
